Once a year you
should check and perform the following in order to
maximize the life of your roof.
look for ware drainage.
Look for Hail Damage.
Trim tree's around
Roof area.
Clean gutters.
Check AC and
make sure its not
leaking.
Check for penetrations.
Look for unusual wear.
Re-Seal wall flashings, valleys, heat
stack's
if needed.
Check for Wind damage.
